You bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution in a data warehouse environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to align goals.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, including source-to-target data mappings.
• Develop and manage the product backlog, creating features, epics, and user stories.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and ensure user stories are ready for prioritization.
• Support data analysis activities and ensure adherence to data warehousing best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a Data Warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL for data analysis and query development.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience working in Agile environments with backlog management and user story creation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Business Systems Analyst and Data Warehouse concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake, AWS, and enterprise data warehouse technologies.
• Experience with Data Modeling tools such as Erwin.
• Experience with data mapping and source-to-target mapping processes.
