You bridge the gap between supply chain business needs and IT solutions, analyzing problems and defining system capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and document requirements, including validation and traceability, for new and existing applications.
• Facilitate communication between organizational units to align business needs with solution providers.
• Document as-is processes in SharePoint to eliminate tribal knowledge and identify functional gaps.
• Map working processes across IT teams and conduct gap, process, and cost/benefit analyses.
• Standardize leadership reporting for initiatives, enhancements, and IDSs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in business analysis or product ownership.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain environments.
• Strong background in Project Management and Agile methodologies.
• Expertise in process creation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with Jira and SharePoint.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Planview and PowerBI.
• Knowledge of software testing processes.
