Description

Drive business adoption of Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms to improve access control and reduce risk within the Enterprise Cybersecurity organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and systems analysis within agile teams to deliver cybersecurity initiatives.
• Translate complex business requirements into epics, stories, and actionable deliverables.
• Conduct research and data analysis to document current and future state workflows through diagrams and process models.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Guide the integration of IAM solutions across various business units.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a systems or business analyst in agile software development environments.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, data cleaning, and data visualization.
• Strong ability to manage competing priorities and influence product strategy.
• Expertise in business analysis principles and technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms including SailPoint, AWS IAM, Azure AD, or Oracle IAM.
• Familiarity with tools such as CyberArk, HashiCorp, Delinea, BeyondTrust, or Okta.
• Relevant certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or IIBA (CCBA, CBAP, PBAP).
