Description

You will translate business needs into technical specifications for customer account information applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop wireframes and Figma mocks alongside the product team and graphic designer.
• Coordinate with the UI development team to provide feedback for Front-End (BFF) integration.
• Ensure timely stakeholder sign-off on all project deliverables.
• Create Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) documentation to guide development efforts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of card payment systems and customer account management.
• Experience working with web applications and responsive web design principles.
• Proficiency in Jira for task tracking and feedback management.
• Familiarity with Figma for visual mockups.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA, WCAG) and data protection regulations (GDPR).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
