You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams within a wealth management and investment banking environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements using document analysis, interviews, facilitated workshops, observation, prototyping, focus groups, and surveys.
• Analyze and document business processes through scope modelling, use cases, scenarios, and data requirements.
• Manage the requirements lifecycle, including walkthroughs, scope and change management, traceability, and backlog management.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, QE, and business partners to ensure technical alignment.
• Support front, middle, and back office functions including portfolio compositions, ROR, asset classes, IPS, and trade flows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Deep domain knowledge in Wealth Management, Portfolio Management, or Investment Banking/Trading.
• Intermediate knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL.
• Experience with requirements planning, prioritization, stakeholder analysis, and effort estimation.
• Working knowledge of bookkeeping systems and client reporting workflows.
• Ability to perform business process modelling and scope modelling.
• Proven experience communicating technical requirements to architects and developers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing requirements in complex trading or investment environments.
