Description

Own the full requirements lifecycle for LEO workforce development applications, OSMIS, and related reporting systems. Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure rigorous software testing standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions and requirement gatherings to assess "As Is" and "To Be" processes.
• Categorize requirements, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria using Microsoft Azure, Excel, and Word.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with product development teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Execute software testing, including regression, QA, and user acceptance testing, while capturing end-user feedback.
• Maintain technical documentation, reusable scripts, and initial wireframes to guide solution architecture.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System or Business Analyst.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software testing methodologies.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with RDBMS and SQL.
• Proven ability to lead requirement gathering through interviews and stakeholder discussions.
• Experience maintaining requirements and test plans in Microsoft Azure.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Visio.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO).
