You will translate business needs into technical recommendations, managing data architecture and governance while driving process improvements across healthcare and insurance domains.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable recommendations for data architecture and management.
• Implement data governance, modeling, and quality management practices to maintain data assets and information lifecycle.
• Create project plans, work breakdown structures, and RAID logs to track progress and mitigate risks.
• Develop process flows and documentation to support cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.
• Leverage Smartsheet and AI tools (Copilot/SecureGPT) to enhance reporting structures and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis methodologies and requirements gathering.
• Strong background in Data Architecture, Data Management, and Data Governance.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet for project tracking and process documentation.
• Experience with AI tools such as Copilot or SecureGPT in a professional context.
• Ability to design reporting structures and manage information lifecycle.
• Knowledge of data modeling and quality management practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare or insurance industries.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
• Six Sigma certification.
