Description

Analyze laboratory processes and manage the requirements lifecycle for LIMS solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze laboratory processes to identify pain points and document business requirements.
• Generate user requirements and test scripts for new LIMS systems.
• Ensure data integrity through system report reviews, data quality checks, and validation procedures.
• Support implementation via system configuration, data migration, and user training.
• Execute unit, system, and integration testing for LIMS solutions.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience in business analysis and capturing user requirements for LIMS solutions.
• 3 to 6 years of experience generating test scripts for LIMS systems.
• 2 to 3 years of experience performing unit, system, and integration testing of LIMS solutions.
• Familiarity with LIMS software platforms and system configuration capabilities.
• Understanding of database concepts.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis, Unit Testing, and System Testing.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
