Description

You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, define, and document business and functional requirements through stakeholder engagement.
• Create detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including workshops, sprint planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives.
• Manage backlogs, user stories, and tasks within Agile frameworks.
• Collaborate on the definition of reporting and dashboard requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks.
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for backlog management.
• Ability to create process flows, wireframes, and documentation using Visio, Excel, and Word.
• Experience collaborating on reporting requirements using Power BI or similar tools.
• Any Graduate degree.
