Description

You will manage the NetSuite system, maintaining its health and driving the development of a prioritized enhancement roadmap to improve efficiency and scalability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define the NetSuite roadmap by leading process redesign, process mapping, gap analysis, and data migration.
• Collaborate with business leaders and end users to define business requirements, systems goals, and specifications.
• Architect changes to resolve process inefficiencies and bugs to improve system performance and accuracy.
• Implement new features and integrations to support overall business strategies.
• Provide ongoing technical support and proactive training for users regarding system enhancements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience developing system architecture and optimizing NetSuite.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Deep expertise in NetSuite custom record types, fields, forms, roles, permissions, page layouts, searches, reports, and the data model.
• Strong knowledge of financial processes: Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Revenue Management, Cash Management, Payroll, Costing, and Month-end close.
• Proven ability to break down complex problems into immediate, short-term, and long-term deliverables.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience performing gap analysis and systems analysis within an ERP environment.

Preferred Skills

• NetSuite Administrator Certification.
• Experience with Celigo, FloQaast, Concur, Adaptive, or Salesforce.
