Description

Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FICO solutions to support finance operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FICO initiatives to implement new functionalities and improve existing system processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical configurations within the SAP FICO module.
• Mentor teammates and guide global support teams on daily production support and FICO transactions.
• Develop training documentation, prepare test scripts, and conduct Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with SAP ECC 6.0, S/4, or CFIN focused on FICO modules.
• Proven experience with at least 7 SAP FICO implementations.
• Deep functional knowledge of General Ledger, Product Costing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, COPA, and Multi-Currency processes.
• Technical proficiency in Material Ledger, Fixed Assets, and SAP Security related to Roles and SODs.
• Ability to design integrated solutions across MM, SD, PP, APO, and BW functional areas.
• Experience with non-SAP finance applications such as Concur, Blackline, One-Source, or AP Invoice Automation tools.
• Experience with 3rd party application integration, SAP portals, Change Control, and Release Management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the semiconductor industry or fabless business models.
• Hands-on experience with SAP BW/BI or SAP BPC.
