You will support the Terminal Automation product team by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to define, prioritize, and groom user stories and acceptance criteria within the product backlog.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions through interviews, workshops, and surveys to document business processes and optimization opportunities.
- Execute test plans to ensure all technical solutions meet defined business requirements.
- Participate in all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Join the shared after-hours on-call rotation to support system stability.
Required Skills
- Heavy SQL Server experience for data analysis and requirements validation.
- Strong background in Business Analysis and Requirements Management.
- Proven experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
- Expertise in Business Process Modeling and redesign.
- Advanced skills in Incident Management and Quality Assurance (QA).
- Demonstrated ability in Change Management and stakeholder communication.
- Experience in Specification Development and technical documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry or Terminal operations.
- Background in Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) application support.
- Knowledge of Guidant Fuel, FACS, or TMS.
