Description

You will support the Terminal Automation product team by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to define, prioritize, and groom user stories and acceptance criteria within the product backlog.
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions through interviews, workshops, and surveys to document business processes and optimization opportunities.
  • Execute test plans to ensure all technical solutions meet defined business requirements.
  • Participate in all Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Join the shared after-hours on-call rotation to support system stability.

Required Skills

  • Heavy SQL Server experience for data analysis and requirements validation.
  • Strong background in Business Analysis and Requirements Management.
  • Proven experience working within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery.
  • Expertise in Business Process Modeling and redesign.
  • Advanced skills in Incident Management and Quality Assurance (QA).
  • Demonstrated ability in Change Management and stakeholder communication.
  • Experience in Specification Development and technical documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry or Terminal operations.
  • Background in Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) application support.
  • Knowledge of Guidant Fuel, FACS, or TMS.
