You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams within an Agile environment, translating requirements into actionable technical deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements by collaborating with product owners and subject matter experts.
• Translate business needs into concise, testable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a prioritized product backlog to ensure maximum business value delivery.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Perform data analysis to uncover insights and support decision-making processes.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of experience in Agile development environments, with at least 5 years specifically as a BSA.
• Proficiency with cloud technologies including AWS, Snowflake, and DBT.
• Strong background in both Business Analysis and Data Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Practical understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and CI/CD practices.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a technical or related field.
• Knowledge of Python for data manipulation or automation.
• Familiarity with Fivetran (HVR).
