Description

You will analyze and document requirements for software development teams focusing on FOS enhancements for pilots.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level business needs into BRDs, FRDs, Process Flow Diagrams, Business Scenarios, and Rally User Stories.
• Identify and document scope for projects involving Credit Plan Account, TTS, APIS, and Hours of Service.
• Create acceptance criteria and diagrams to assist developers in understanding business requirements.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and Requirements Traceability Matrices to validate data and system functionality.
• Execute positive, negative, regression, and smoke testing to diagnose problems in crew management systems.
• Collaborate with technical leads, architects, and third-party vendors like Sabre, DXC, and AOS to deliver solutions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Experience with FOS enhancement, TTS, and APIS.
• Ability to document Business Scenarios and manage Rally User Stories.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies including regression, smoke, and negative testing.
• Experience working with Requirements Traceability Matrices and Defect Reporting Matrices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
