Description

Translate high-level business needs into technical documentation for FOS enhancements and crew management systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, Process Flow Diagrams, and Business Scenarios.
• Define scope for projects involving Credit Plan Account, TTS, APIS, and Hours of Service.
• Create acceptance criteria and diagrams to guide developers in understanding requirements.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and Requirements Traceability Matrices to validate system functionality.
• Execute positive, negative, regression, and smoke testing to diagnose issues in crew management systems.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, and Process Flow Diagrams.
• Experience with FOS enhancement, TTS, and APIS.
• Ability to document Business Scenarios and manage Rally User Stories.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies including regression, smoke, and negative testing.
• Experience working with Requirements Traceability Matrices and Defect Reporting Matrices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
