Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical system implementations within a regulated industry environment.

Responsibilities

  • Capture and analyze business requirements to define standardized processes and data sources.
  • Translate system change requests into detailed Use Cases and User Requirements.
  • Drive Fit-Gap analysis and support Solution Development.
  • Execute test cycles, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
  • Direct experience in Pharma, Pharma Manufacturing, or Medical Device industries.
  • Strong Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems experience.
  • Proven ability to transform data and conduct statistical analyses.
  • Experience managing the full UAT lifecycle.
  • Expertise in Solution Development and requirement translation.
  • Ability to create data visualizations and reports for decision support.
  • Background in gathering and transforming complex datasets.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with data-driven decision-making frameworks.
