Business Systems Analyst Gen AI

You will bridge the gap between business domains and technical execution by leveraging AI to automate processes and drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems to identify opportunities for automation or re-engineering using AI and machine learning.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, documenting them through BRDs and FRDs for data analytics projects.
• Lead cross-functional efforts and manage medium to large projects from inception through postmortem.
• Execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing to support corporate initiatives.
• Troubleshoot business systems issues involving ERP, PLM, and CAD, while acting as a liaison with external vendors.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to implement generative AI and RAG pattern solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of IT industry experience with a focus on data analytics and data aggregation.
• 5+ years of experience collecting requirements specifically for AI/ML use cases.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and RAG patterns.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Experience with ERP, PLM, and semiconductor industry IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.
• Understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, and logistics.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, APIs, or similar cloud ecosystems.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
