Key Responsibilities

Analyze and support ERP–3PL/WMS integrations covering purchase orders, ASN, inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.

Gather business requirements, document functional specifications, and define integration workflows and data mappings.

Analyze EDI transactions, troubleshoot integration failures, and resolve data discrepancies.

Coordinate with ERP, WMS, 3PL, business, and development teams to ensure accurate data synchronization.

Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, production validation, and root cause analysis.

Identify process improvements to enhance integration reliability and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Technologies

Must-Have Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a BSA supporting ERP, WMS, or 3PL integrations.

Strong understanding of ASN, Purchase Orders, Inventory Adjustments, and EDI transaction flows.

• Experience with warehouse operations, inventory reconciliation, and shipment processing.
• Ability to analyze integration errors, validate data mappings, and troubleshoot transaction failures.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional documentation, SIT/UAT, and production support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with FDM4 ERP, retail/eCommerce, and omnichannel fulfillment.
• Exposure to Boomi/MuleSoft integrations and international 3PL operations.
• Familiarity with Shopify, OMS, and inventory synchronization
