You will bridge business units and IT to translate operational needs into technical requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed requirements from business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional technical specifications for IT teams.
• Interface with internal groups to ensure alignment on system capabilities.
• Produce clear and accurate technical and business documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role.
• Direct experience working within the energy sector.
• Hands-on familiarity with Maximo.
• Experience with Esri and GIS systems.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical groups.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
