Description

You will define and support business systems within a healthcare environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system functionality and map processes against specifications.
• Troubleshoot basic system problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Apply knowledge of current business practices and healthcare software interfaces.
• Communicate analysis findings through written and verbal presentations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations and/or information systems implementation.
• Working knowledge of the healthcare industry and basic healthcare applications.
• Familiarity with various hardware and software environments.
• Knowledge of project management, process mapping, and analytical skills.
• Ability to analyze system fit against functional requirements.
• Experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test, implementation).
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication.
