Description

Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Procure-to-Pay processes within an Oracle PeopleSoft environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Accounts Payable, Purchasing, ePro, and Supplier modules.
• Write Business Requirements, Fit-Gap Analysis, and Functional Design documents.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and support Oracle PeopleSoft applications.
• Develop SQL queries to assist business users with reporting and troubleshooting.
• Support Purchasing and Accounts Payable departments and central teams.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in the FSCM area.
• Deep knowledge of PeopleSoft v9.2, specifically Accounts Payable, Purchasing, ePro, and Suppliers.
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and implementations.
• Familiarity with Fluid pages and configurations.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries.
• Hands-on experience with the software development lifecycle and ITIL methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver accurate project documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with eSupplier Portal (PeopleSoft v9.2) and PeopleSoft Workflow Approval Framework.
• Knowledge of Procurement Card, PunchOut functionality, and PeopleSoft security.
• Experience working within a Public Sector agency.
