You will manage business analysis, IT governance, and project lifecycle requirements for a portfolio of 50 IT projects and systems.
Responsibilities
Facilitate and provide expert guidance on the HHS-mandated Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) framework to business stewards and stakeholders.
Support local IT governance, CPIC activities, and EPLC stage gate coordination for development, operations, and dispositions.
Define IT functional and technical requirements, perform workflow analysis, conduct gap assessments, and manage budget and cost requirements.
Compose standard operating procedures for IT asset management, Configuration Management, and Quality Control and Metrics Plans.
Coordinate Information Resources Governance Board (IRGB) meetings, including task planning, slide deck preparation, and investment selection data calls.
Collaborate with the Information Systems Security Officer and InfoSec team to document IT security and privacy task areas.
Required Skills
8-10 years of related experience with 3-5 years of direct relevant experience.
Hands-on experience with EPLC, OMB Federal, and CPIC Governance processes.
Proficiency in developing detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.
Experience in business process modeling for role-based workflows and management tracking.
Ability to perform technical writing, data calls, and system proposals.
Strong presentation and communication skills for high-level stakeholder engagement.
