Description

Lead end-to-end business and systems analysis to develop cost-effective solutions and own the requirements lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and decompose high-level needs into detailed requirement work products from multiple sources.
• Facilitate requirement sessions and create documentation with validation and traceability for new and existing applications.
• Broker consensus among stakeholders with conflicting needs and manage relationships with senior leadership.
• Lead department process improvement initiatives and mentor analysts through daily direction and deliverable reviews.
• Develop business analysis work plans, manage deliverables, and provide SME leadership on complex tasks.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business and systems analysis.
• Expertise in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and process analysis.
• Proven ability to perform cost/benefit analysis and contribute to business case development.
• Experience creating graphical models to represent requirement information.
• Proficiency with SharePoint.
• Strong ability to align project requirements with broader organizational goals and business benefits.
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and facilitating business roadmaps.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage complex tasks and provide consulting support to project teams.
