Description

Act as a liaison between technology and business stakeholders to deliver new processes, products, and services. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Recommend tasks and techniques to ensure project delivery within budget and on time.
• Model and map business processes, creating process flow and network topology diagrams.
• Perform detailed data mapping and data modeling tasks.
• Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects and system enhancements.
• Apply API design knowledge to support technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of business analysis experience.
• 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience in the credit card payment or financial services industry.
• 1+ years of experience in business process modeling and mapping.
• 1+ years of experience facilitating UAT.
• Practical knowledge of debit/credit card processing and financial systems.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Familiarity with Oracle, Microsoft SQL, .NET, MySQL, Java, and APIs.
• Ability to work within an Agile team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps.
