You will act as a liaison between technology and business stakeholders to deliver new processes, products, and services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Recommend tasks and techniques to improve business processes and service delivery.
• Perform detailed data mapping and data modeling for complex systems.
• Create network topology diagrams and process flow diagrams.
• Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for projects and enhancements.
• Collaborate within an Agile team to align technical solutions with business requirements.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of business analysis experience.
• 5+ years of experience writing complex SQL queries.
• Experience in the financial and credit card payment industry.
• 1+ years of experience in modeling and mapping business processes.
• 1+ years of experience planning and facilitating UAT.
• Practical knowledge of debit/credit card processing, financial systems, and high-availability systems.
• Knowledge of API design and web-based applications.
• Understanding of Oracle, Microsoft SQL, .NET, MySQL, or Java.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Lean methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
