Description

You will drive operational visibility and support Day 1 Readiness for Go-To-Market processes by optimizing core workflows and enabling automated testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers, QA, and cross-functional teams to define and optimize core processes for product launches.
• Identify key stakeholders, systems, and dependencies within GTM and Quote-to-Cash workflows.
• Enable automated regression testing and enhance User Acceptance Testing readiness with QA.
• Define, manage, and document User Acceptance Testing execution and sign-off.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Product Owner.
• Proven expertise in CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Strong experience translating business requirements into detailed user stories.
• Skilled in process documentation and modeling using Confluence and JIRA.
• Experience working with Product Managers and QA teams.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with standard Business Systems Analyst functions.
