Description

Act as the primary liaison between end-users and IT to evaluate complex business systems, define requirements, and drive software modifications to completion.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interview end-users and external clients to define business requirements for software modifications and enhancements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, including system requirements, flow charts, and report mock-ups.
• Facilitate design sessions with technical resources to ensure solutions align with business rules and strategies.
• Manage the software release process for designated applications and perform quality control checks before QA handoff.
• Drive projects to completion by developing project plans, prioritizing tasks, and providing status updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of related experience in business systems analysis.
• Proficiency with Oracle database, JAVA, and AIX/Solaris.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with requirement elicitation techniques and Use Case Modeling.
• Ability to manage multiple Service Requests (SRs) throughout the development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Visio, Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of relational databases, client-server concepts, and On-line transaction processing (OLTP).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the PBM or healthcare industry.
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
