Description

You will manage development projects and bridge the gap between management and external vendors for major IT initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product artifacts using process modeling software to visualize business architecture.
• Manage development projects against established plans, coordinating internal and vendor tasks while identifying risks.
• Collaborate with programs to diagnose issues and implement potential solutions.
• Execute user acceptance testing and assist in developing performance metrics and training materials.
• Recommend process improvements based on data analysis to ensure deliverable quality.

Required Skills

• 5 to 7 years of experience as an Analyst or in a similar professional role.
• Proficiency with project management and process modeling software such as MS Project or Visio.
• Experience working within Scrum or other Agile Software Development frameworks.
• Technical ability to write Access and SQL queries using Microsoft SQL Server, Access, or Oracle.
• Ability to present complex analysis and data visualizations to non-technical audiences.
• Strong skills in professional technical writing and verbal communication.
• Experience leading or working within teams to develop new approaches and plans.
