Description

You will optimize business systems by analyzing, designing, and implementing solutions on the Certinia/FinancialForce platform. You will translate business needs into scalable configurations, ensuring seamless integration and adoption across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to document business requirements and identify inefficiencies within Certinia/FinancialForce.
• Design and implement configurations and customizations to meet specific business needs.
• Lead system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to improve functionality and performance.
• Provide training and documentation to facilitate system adoption and serve as the primary support contact.
• Generate reports, maintain dashboards/KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams for integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or similar roles.
• In-depth experience with Certinia/FinancialForce, including implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial processes.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform functionality and integrations.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
