You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation by documenting complex requirements and system logic.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document complex business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Assess and diagnose the impact of proposed requirements and application logic across various systems to define To-Be process flows.
• Define and prioritize system framework requirements while identifying potential risks and necessary system designs.
• Document functional requirements using Use Case Models, Data Flow Diagrams, and Context Diagrams.
• Capture requirements for SEC and statutory report changes within the Hyperion environment to ensure compliance with revenue recognition guidelines.

Required Skills

• 2 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Assistant Manager, Project Manager, CIS Manager, or Software Developer.
• Experience working with Oracle Hyperion.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and ALM.
• Experience using Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work within IE8 environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of a 3-year degree and 3 years of IT experience).
• Willingness to travel or relocate to unanticipated US locations on short notice for extended periods.
