Description

You will manage and optimize enterprise contact center technologies and data integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Genesys routing strategies, including ORS, URS, and GRE.
• Manage API-based integrations using REST, SOAP, and Web Services.
• Execute complex data analysis and build reporting frameworks to support business decisions.
• Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies to manage project workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Genesys or other enterprise contact center platforms.
• Expertise in Genesys Routing strategies (ORS, URS, and GRE).
• Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, and Web Services integrations.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and reporting frameworks like Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience working within Agile project management environments.
• Competency using JIRA and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
