You will bridge business needs and technical solutions for healthcare system implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and document process flows for system implementations.
• Manage project documentation including charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and agendas.
• Support implementations of EMRs and third-party applications in hospital and clinic settings.
• Analyze and document needs for Epic modules and departmental third-party applications.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Direct experience with healthcare providers (hospitals or clinics, not insurance).
• Experience with EMR implementations such as Epic, Athena, or Cerner.
• Familiarity with third-party applications like Sectra, Waystar, Capsule, or Softbank.
• Experience in ancillary implementations (Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology).
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas both verbally and in writing.
• Experience producing formal project documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in a related field.
