Description

You will own the analysis and implementation lifecycle for critical business systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define workflows and capture system requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
• Design, configure, and test new features across ERP, CRM, and WMS platforms.
• Maintain system documentation including requirements, process flows, and training materials.
• Serve as the liaison between business users, technical teams, and leadership.

Required Skills

• 2–7 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, and WMS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical details effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL and Data Analysis.
