You will act as the liaison between business needs and technical solutions within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and document process flows for system implementations.
  • Manage and produce project documentation, including charters, status reports, meeting minutes, and agendas.
  • Support implementations of EMRs and related third-party applications used in hospital and clinic settings.
  • Analyze and document needs related to Epic modules and departmental third-party applications.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience.
  • Direct experience with healthcare providers (hospitals or clinics, not insurance).
  • Experience with EMR implementations such as Epic, Athena, or Cerner.
  • Familiarity with third-party applications like Sectra, Waystar, Capsule, or Softbank.
  • Experience in ancillary implementations (Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology).
  • Ability to clearly articulate ideas both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience producing formal project documentation.
