Description

You will manage support requests and system enhancements within Workday and SpringCM environments, owning the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to UAT delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and resolve support requests through the ticket management system.
• Lead requirements gathering, refine specifications, and create UAT test scripts for system enhancements.
• Create and update basic ad-hoc Workday reports and partner with admins on complex data requests.
• Manage Workday and SpringCM access requests according to established security processes.
• Update Workday location data and maintain clear status updates on all active tickets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related roles.
• Proven experience with Workday report creation and requirement definition.
• Experience with UAT management and UAT test script creation.
• Ability to perform requirements gathering and refinement with business stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Workday security and access administration.
• Strong ability to manage multiple simultaneous requests in a ticketing system.
• Experience partnering with both business stakeholders and engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Workday reporting expertise.
• Experience in service management or help desk environments.
