Description

You will optimize IVR self-service products and drive AI-based enhancements in voice automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze IVR self-service products for efficiency and performance.
• Map customer interactions and optimize call flows using Visio or Miro.
• Interact with APIs, run simulations, and analyze system data.
• Drive AI-based enhancements within IVR and voice automation workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IVR system redesign and AI-driven transformation.
• Expertise in process flow mapping and analytical modeling.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Knowledge of data governance, modeling, and business intelligence.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and communicate complex flows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Deep knowledge of insurance financial engines and regulatory compliance.
