Description

You will bridge business needs and technical execution as a Business Systems Analyst on long-term contracts with PNC Bank.

Responsibilities

• Create user flows from business scenarios to identify blockers and document requirements.
• Develop effective acceptance criteria for user stories.
• Create basic wireframes using tools like InVision, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq.
• Facilitate Scrum meetings and track status across testing and development teams.
• Manage multiple priorities and follow up on task completion.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency in Agile methodology and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Strong documentation skills using Word and Excel.
• Ability to translate business scenarios into clear user stories.
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage independent tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Access Database.
