Define functional requirements, analyze workflows, and coordinate testing for financial services projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop methodology documents, including workflow analysis, dataflow diagramming, and screen design.
• Facilitate functional requirements definition through prototyping and design sessions with users and developers.
• Translate system workflows into configuration and manage issue logs for assigned efforts.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL or BI tools like Qlik Sense to validate report requirements and test results.
• Participate in test strategy development, test case creation, and user training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably within financial services (Private Banking or Investment Management).
• Proficiency in SQL and reporting/BI tools such as Qlik Sense.
• Strong skills in workflow analysis, dataflow diagramming, and functional requirements documentation.
• Ability to create visual images and diagrams to clarify design elements for technical and business audiences.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel techniques and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for mediating between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with both waterfall and iterative development processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
