You will define system scope and objectives for a Mainframe Banking environment through research and fact-finding.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and user needs to define system scope and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into technical system requirement specifications.
• Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems within computer equipment capacity limits.
• Influence business partners and service providers regarding hardware, software, and vendor selection.
• Identify and document business strategies, objectives, and drivers.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Direct experience working within a Mainframe Banking environment.
• Deep knowledge of the Banking domain.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, and MS Access.
• Experience with Agile, Six Sigma, LEAN, ISO, or CMM methodologies.
• Ability to analyze marketplace, industry, and technology trends.

Preferred Skills

• Experience evaluating vendor products and services against industry best practices.
