Responsibilities

·Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

·Develop process flows, use cases, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

·Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.

·Create test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases based on requirements.

·Execute functional, integration, and regression testing; log and track defects.

·Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business partners.

·Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements and quality standards.

·Collaborate with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.

·Assist with system demonstrations, training materials, and production validation.

·Ensure documentation remains accurate and updated throughout the project lifecycle.

Top Skills & Years of Experience:

- Experience as a Business Analyst (3+ years) - Please note, candidates must have both BA and QA experience.

- Experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst (3+ years) - Please note, candidates must have both BA and QA experience.

- Azure DevOps Knowledge – or similar tool like JIRA (comfortable with creating epics/features/user stories for projects as well as moving cards through project lifecycle) (3+years)

- Understanding of BA, QA, DEV roles/responsibilities

- Experienced with as-is/to-be processes and content creation (3+ years)

- Experience with creating product roadmap (3+ years)

- Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies/Agile (3+ years)

- Adept with using BA tools (e.g., FIGMA, Visio) (3+ years)
