You will bridge business needs and technical execution by gathering requirements, defining processes, and ensuring quality through comprehensive testing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications for development teams.
• Develop process flows, use cases, user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and support product roadmap creation.
• Create and execute test plans, scenarios, and detailed test cases; log and track defects for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), coordinate with business partners, and validate delivered solutions against documented requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong documentation and requirements gathering skills.
• 3+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, including test plan creation and defect tracking.
• 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps or JIRA, specifically creating epics/features/user stories and managing workflow.
• 3+ years of experience mapping as-is/to-be processes and creating content such as diagrams and user stories.
• Proficiency with BA tools like Figma and Visio for process modeling and visualization.
• Familiarity with Project Management Methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Understanding of BA, QA, and DEV roles and responsibilities within a project team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience assisting with system demonstrations and creating training materials.
