Description

Lead business systems analysis to align technology solutions with business strategies within the Infrastructure organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery, scope, and design sessions to elicit and document requirements, technical designs, and testing plans.
• Partner with Scrum and Waterfall teams to ensure requirements are understood, developed, tested, and delivered.
• Collaborate with technology engineers and project managers to capture requirements and strengthen cross-team relationships.
• Communicate story status and follow-ups to business partners.
• Assist Project Managers in coordinating meetings and updating project deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT organizations.
• Proven experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to elicit and document project scope, requirements, and technical designs.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within a banking environment.
