Optimize and automate business processes, controls, and governance routines while translating business needs into technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into application specifications and technical requirements.
• Build and recommend technical solutions using sound technical judgment.
• Automate governance routines and optimize business best practices.
• Collaborate with matrix partners across IT, Risk, Finance, and Product Management.
• Manage project-oriented tasks and interface with senior management.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related roles.
• Proficiency with SQL and Snowflake for data handling.
• Experience with Python and automation tools like Power Automate or Automation Anywhere.
• Ability to use Power BI for data visualization.
• Working knowledge of AWS and Oracle environments.
• Experience using GIT for version control.
• Proficiency with Jira for project tracking.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
