Description

Provide business analysis for complex integration projects within the Individual Retirement sector.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex integration requirements within application development environments.
• Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver practical solutions for technical problems.
• Utilize DTCC data structures and policy administration systems to drive business outcomes.
• Represent the organization in industry forums, including IRI Ops tech groups and DTCC/I&RS advisory working groups.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application development environments.
• Deep expertise in business analysis for Individual Retirement.
• Hands-on experience with DTCC data structures.
• Direct experience working with policy administration systems.
• Proven involvement with Insurance Retirement Institute (IRI) Ops tech groups.
• Experience participating in DTCC/I&RS advisory and pilot working groups.
• Strong professional communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of tenure in similar business analysis roles.
