Description

Lead the business analysis for replacing the Time and Attendance system across California airport and warehouse locations.

Responsibilities

• Identify current process gaps and discrepancies causing legal exposure.
• Define business requirements, rules, and associated processes.
• Create RFPs and evaluate RFS responses against business requirements and integration needs.
• Develop reporting, metrics, and analysis for payroll and timekeeping workflows.
• Present findings and requirements to executives and business leaders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Deep understanding of California labor laws and FLSA.
• End-to-end payroll processing knowledge, including timekeeping rules, GL account mapping, tax compliance, and garnishments.
• Experience managing diverse employee groups: Postal (government), non-union, and union (CBA) LWO/HTA.
• Knowledge of prevailing wage requirements.
• Proven experience with prior timekeeping or payroll system implementations.
• Ability to work locally in the Los Angeles area with frequent on-site visits to LAX facilities.
