Description

You will support a Payroll Transformation program by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and Information Services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze business needs to ensure solutions align with long-term strategic vision.
• Collaborate with senior management to implement processes that improve enterprise efficiency.
• Determine the impact and integration of new solutions into existing business processes and systems.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions to identify technical impacts and resolve project impediments.
• Produce and validate business analysis work products to meet quality and content standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field.
• Proficiency in Business Process Analysis and Business Process modeling.
• Experience with Requirements Elicitation and Documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Requirements Analysis and User Stories Management.
• Working knowledge of Lean Agile and Scrum concepts.
• Ability to deliver technical artifacts and documentation to Executive Level Stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with MS Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with minimal supervision on independent projects.
