Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solution design within the financial domain. You own the translation of user needs into system specifications, documentation, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Elicit solution designs by working with business end users to determine system specifications.
• Integrate and implement system solutions in collaboration with development, quality, and release teams.
• Produce technical design documentation, user procedures, training documents, and rollout procedures.
• Perform testing to ensure solution quality during the delivery process.
• Manage projects to meet budgets, estimates, and deadlines set by project leads.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in business systems analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Hands-on experience with messaging formats including Swift, EDI, JSON, and FIX.
• Experience with XML, FpML, and SWIFTNET.
• Knowledge of messaging standards such as ISO15022 and ISO20022.
• Familiarity with technology architectures including Open source, AWS, and Azure.
• Ability to create technical documentation, BSD, and UML diagrams.
• Proficiency in creating workflow diagrams using Visio, wireframes, or UML.
• Experience working within both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Competency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Lotus Notes.

Preferred Skills

• Programming skills in Java, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Experience in the financial services domain or product life cycle.
• Knowledge of SDLC processes.
