You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by defining system requirements and designing actionable solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and review technical documentation including SRS, BRD, Use Case Specifications, FSD, SDS, and Requirement Traceability Matrices.
• Maintain and govern integrations across Adobe tools such as Dynamic Tag Management, Omniture, and Target.
• Perform in-depth analysis of web analytics and external data sources to provide insights into online performance.
• Configure A/B testing tools, interpret statistical results, and conduct pre and post-analysis.
• Create reports and dashboards using Tableau or similar visualization tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience or a Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Business, or MIS.
• Proficiency in SQL Server Management Studio for data manipulation and cleansing.
• Advanced Excel skills for processing and analyzing raw data.
• Experience with Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
• Experience with Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and Systems Design Specifications (SDS).
• Hands-on experience with Dynamic Tag Management and analytics tools.
• Ability to travel or relocate to unanticipated US locations on short notice for extended periods.
