Build and maintain controls monitoring strategies, standards, and reporting mechanisms for technology audit and compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements and draft approved standards for controls monitoring execution and alerting.
• Create monitoring procedures and reports to track performance, identify gaps, and remediate deficiencies within SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align control design and execution with monitoring requirements.
• Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate control effectiveness, accuracy, and quality.
• Automate monitoring and reporting processes to strengthen oversight.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technology audit, compliance, or governance and risk management.
• 2+ years of experience working in cloud environments.
• 2+ years of experience in an agile or scrum environment.
• Strong IT controls experience, including NIST or Cyber Controls.
• Experience with regulatory requirements and frameworks such as SOX, COSO, or COBIT.
• Experience developing and implementing continuous controls monitoring programs.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• AWS Cloud experience.
• Certifications: CISA, CISM, CISSP, Security+, CEH, CCSP, or AWS.
