You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through meetings.
  • Trace the source and details of problems or opportunities, analyzing them and defining necessary actions.
  • Document interface requirements and create source-to-target mapping.
  • Analyze data findings using basic SQL queries.
  • Manage requirements using Atlasian Jira.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
  • Experience with SDLC across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries (select statements).
  • Experience supporting or implementing HR and/or e-Commerce systems.
  • Familiarity with reading and interpreting vendor API documentation.
  • Proficiency in using Atlasian Jira for requirements management.
  • Experience partnering with vendor support teams.
  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and procedures quickly.
